Yea, daddy's home! He's so funny! Mom says he's funny looking . . . but since everyone says I look like him and she says that I'm cute . . . . I'm confused!!

I had my six-month checkup and shots today. I am still lean and mean - 89th percentile in height (27.5 inches), but only 9th percentile in weight (15 lbs 3oz). And I've gotten this eating solid foods thing down . . . Carrots are my new favorite food this week!

I'm like my mom - I'm "needle-phobic"! I think that means I don't like shots. If so, I'm that! Woooo - this Tylenol is good stuff!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I thought I would hurry and post some pictures from this morning. This "Santa" guy is pretty cool! I must have been a really good boy this year. My family and friends must think I was a good boy too - I got lots of really pretty paper, ribbons, and boxes to play with!! Oh - and some stuff inside too. Never fear, I actually had a Christmas tree this morning too. Thanks to all my family and friends for everything! It was a good morning!

Even though I don't feel good, my bestest present was the red ribbon that I'm still holding three hours later! Have a Merry Christmas everyone - and here's hoping all our diapers stay dry!!!

Happy Friday before Christmas!

I wanted to post a couple of new pictures since I've been up to some new "trouble". The first picture is of daddy helping me with my first science experiment. Uncle Carl and Aunt Francine sent a Christmas present that had dry ice in it, so we got to play with it. Daddy tried to color the dry ice with blue food coloring but it just rolled right off. Very cool stuff! Is it gas or solid? Copper didn't like it very much - I think maybe it smelled and "offended" his nose.

The second picture is of me in my new outfit that my Aunt Ludaun got me for Christmas - it has fuzzy walrus' on every bit of it - my socks, my pants, my shirt, my sweater, and my hat! I like walrus'! Mommy thinks it is fun to get me all dressed up - she better get it all in before I can talk because I'll tell her exactly how I feel about this kind of thing! Oh well, she can have her fun . . . for now!

Look - more snow . . . lots more snow!
Daddy told me not to make my first snowball, but I'm not listening!

Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So this is what "cold" means!
I should have listened!
Who knew that they would be right about something!

No more snowballs for me! At least while my parents are watching!

See I told you all that I think my parents have an obsession with my head . . . .

Actually daddy says that they plan on keeping pictures like this for the sole purpose of "blackmail" when I'm a teenager. I don't know what "blackmail" means, but I don't think I like it!

I'm definately teething - what fun that is! Maybe soon I'll have a tooth or two and then my parents will share some of their food with me. I'm very interested in food - this rice cereal and milk diet I'm on isn't very exciting . . . . bring on the steak and potatoes! I'm pretty close to being able to roll over and sit up all on my own. Mommy says I'm growing up too fast! I'm not sure about that . . . .

Apparently my parents have an obsession with my head. . . . mom found this funny hat and they think I look great in it. What am I going to do with them?

Happy Friday! Check out my new hairdo that dad gave me. Mom doesn't like it but dad says it will make me a "Chick Magnet". I don't really know what that means, but I think I like it . . . . .

It's my first official snow! I wish it wasn't so cold out so I could actually play in it. Even Copper's paws got so cold he could barely walk in the snow after a minute. Burr! It was 10 degrees this morning and the weather man says it will be in the single digits tomorrow morning. Maybe daddy and I can have a snowball fight soon . . . .

Dad told me that turkey has a wierd thing called Tryptophan in it that makes you sleepy after you eat it . . . does any one know if milk has Tryptohan too? I'm getting sleepy . . . .

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
It's my first Thanksgiving and I'm just waiting for the turkey, stuffing, and sweet potatoes. I'm a little sad that I actually will only get to eat rice cereal and milk this year, but at least I get a peek at what I can eat next year! I've been so excited today that I just haven't been able to get a nap in. Mom has been cooking away - the house smells great, and Dad is headed downstairs with me after I finish blogging so we can watch some football! (By the way, it's Utah vs. BYU this Saturday and I'm voting for Utah.) Oh - mom just asked me what I was thankful for this year - I guess that would be my toys, my bottle, my family and my friends. Have a nice day everybody!

Howdy everyone! Well there was supposed to be 2" of snow at our house this morning, but it didn't happen. So my first big snow storm is still to come. . . . Things are quiet for me. I'm just about ready to take a nap. Mom started feeding me rice cereal and I'm not quite sure about it yet. But I am getting the idea. Hope everyone is well. I'm off to nap (I love being a baby!)

Good Morning - it has been a busy week! Fall is here and the leaves are coming down! Dad and mom have been using all their spare time to rake up all of our leaves! It is rainy and cold and they say we'll have snow on the ground at our house by next week - my first snow! My doctor says that I am a tall little guy (85th percentile in height) but I guess I am more like my dad every day because I am only in the 19th percentile with my weight. Tall and thin . . . . I can start eating some rice cereal in the next little while, so maybe that will "fluff" me up. Have a great week everybody!

Good Morning - just thought I would add my latest and cutest picture ever! I get my 4 month immunizations today so hopefully I won't be too grumpy this weekend. Wish me luck . . . .

This blogging stuff is fun! I thought I would add some pictures from my first vacation a few weeks ago. My Aunt Jennifer, Uncle Michael, Uncle Carl, and Aunt Francine came up from California and we all went to Jackson, Teton NP, and Yellowstone NP. The weather was great! I got to throw my very first rock into the Snake River with my dad. We saw some moose, elk, antelope, and even a wolf. Mommy and I came nose-to-nose with a coyote after we followed the bear tracks that daddy found. Oxbow Bend is my new favorite place! We had lots of fun! I also got to meet my Great Aunt Mary Isabell in Star Valley, WY. She was very nice to me. She grows the best carrots - even though I'm not quite old enough to eat them yet!

More Photos: I thought I would add a couple of other Halloween photos - Daddy dressed up as a big cow for his school's party last week, and Mommy actually wore the cow costume today for her work parade with me. Funny! Copper (our dalmation dog) thought I was really cool in my cow costume because I was spotted just like him! Next year I'm actually going to be a Dalmation - what will he think then?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I went to work with Mommy today - her office had a Halloween party. There was a lot to see and lots of noise, but it was fun. I got a short nap in too. I was a cow for my very first Halloween. Everyone said I was adorable! I know!
